There was a decline in the total feedback received over the three-year period from 2012 to 2014 by the Advertising Standards Authority of Singapore (ASAS), an advisory council to the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE). The feedback includes advertising advice, queries and complaints that are either consumer-to-business or business-to-business in nature.
